Administrative Assistant
Job Description : National Real Estate Investment Firm located in West Los Angeles is seeking a very reliable, well organized, responsible and professional Administrative Assistant. This is a fast past environment that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and self-initiative, ability to multi-task. Related Real Estate Background preferred. Bilingual helpful. Room for growth.
Duties include:
Assist Key Executives and President/CEO
Supervise and Implement H.R.S.O.P. Mandates and Directives
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Routing calls to appropriate staff members and executives
- Taking clear messages and delivering them in a timely manner and resolution
- Filing, copying, faxing, email and other letter writing
- Assure proper labeling, filing and organization of documents
-Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory
- Attentive to proper function and upkeep of office equipment
- Acting on any other directives or administrative duties
- Participation in Real Estate Holdings
Required Skills:
- 3 years minimum experience
- Basic office equipment knowledge (computer, copier, fax, multi-line phone system)
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Must be thorough and pay attention to details
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
- Must have professional attitude and strong work ethic

RECEPTIONIST
Job Description : Dynamic West L.A. commercial real estate investment firm. 50 employees, 15 phone lines, 5 fax lines and 500 emails daily.
Starting pay rate $10-$12/h. Bi-lingual required! (Eng/Span) Duties Include:
-Answering multi-line phone system
-Routing calls to appropriate staff members and executives -Filing, copying, faxing, email and letter writing -Assure proper labeling, filing, and organization of documents -Keeping log history of all outgoing and incoming documents -Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory -Attentive to proper function and upkeep of office equipment -Acting on other directives or administrative duties

system)
-Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
