Albert Romero brings over 30 years of expertise in zoning, permitting, and construction management, specializing in Los Angeles building codes and compliance. His deep knowledge as a Senior Housing Inspector and zoning expert has enabled him to effectively manage feasibility studies, historical permit research, and complex regulatory processes for residential, multifamily, and commercial developments.
